Pouilly-Fumé Arrêt Buffatte 2020 : 91 points

The 2020 Pouilly-Fumé Arret-Buffatte is pure and fresh on the nose of beeswax and
gooseberry. A full and seamless style that fills the mouth with its clear and varietal fruit
profile: ripe gooseberry, elderflower and nettles. While it’s weighty and round with texture
built through the mid-palate from time on fine lees, it retains a sense of variety and place.
Excellent drinking now but will also be a good food Sauvignon.

Sancerre Blanc Frétoy 2020 : 90 points

Elderflower, boxwood and pear flavors meet in a succulent style in the 2020 Sancerre Frétoy, offering satisfying weight and roundness. There’s just enough acidity to keep your mouth watering for more. A touch of chew gives this a gourmand feel. Medium length.
