3 grape varieties : Sauvignon, Chasselas, Pinot Noir
To produce our different cuvees we work with 3 grape varieties :

Sauvignon grape
for Pouilly Fumé and Sancerre Blanc appellations.

Chasselas grape
for Pouilly sur Loire. This grape variety is no longer commonly used for winemaking. Today, it is generally consumed as a table grape. Nevertheless, because it is one part of the vineyard history, we continue to make wines from this grape variety.

Pinot Noir
for Red Sancerre and Rose Sancerre.
